Terms of Sale

REX VINORUM sells fine-art prints and commissions. Reproductions and treatments are printed from public-domain sources; originals — including House Label commissions — are numbered works of the house atelier, sold with a certificate logged in the Edition Ledger. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and re-derived server-side at checkout; a client-supplied amount is never trusted.

Editions

A numbered edition is limited to the stated size. The ledger refuses any sale past that number. Should an edition sell out during a payment already in progress, the affected order is refunded in full.

Commissions

A House Label commission and a Trade Cellar inquiry are requests, confirmed by the house before design work begins or a proposal is sent — not an instant checkout. Every commission request is screened against the same mark denylist as the catalog; a request naming a real producer or protected appellation is declined with an explanation, not silently altered.

Fulfilment

Physical pieces are printed to order on archival stock and typically ship within 5–8 business days. Digital downloads are delivered as colour-managed high-resolution files for personal use.

Damage, cancellation, refunds

A piece that arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong is reprinted or refunded in full — write to paintedalways@gmail.com and send a photograph. Because each piece is printed for your order, a change of mind cannot be returned once it has gone to press. The full policy, including digital files and commissions, is at /legal/refunds.

Nature of the work

REX VINORUM is an independent fine-art house. We take wine as subject and sell art — never wine, and never age-gated: no piece is a beverage, an endorsement, or an affiliation. Reproductions and treatments credit their public-domain source; originals claim no historical provenance. No real producer, appellation, label, or estate is named or implied anywhere on this site, including in House Label commissions.
