We collect only what an order or a commission needs: the shipping and contact details you enter at checkout, or the house name, vintage, place, and email you enter on a House Label or Trade Cellar request — processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and, for physical orders, our print vendor (Prodigi). We do not sell your data. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Your cart is stored locally in your browser for your convenience; it is not transmitted to us until you begin checkout.

Commission requests

A House Label or Trade Cellar request is logged so the house can follow up by email. The reply comes from paintedalways@gmail.com, and the request is not used for anything beyond fulfilling it.

Write to paintedalways@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold, and we will act on it. That address also handles orders, damage, and anything covered by our refunds policy.
